Plain-language summary of what we collect and who it is shared with.
Last updated October 13, 2026. This page describes what Tradeline Town collects, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email, phone number and your order details (the tradelines you chose, prices and payment status).
- On our forms (contact and priority list): your name, email, phone, and the message or answers you send.
- Marketing source and technical data: the ad or link you arrived from (UTM tags and ad click ids), the landing page and referrer, kept in your browser and sent with your order or form; and your IP address and browser type, saved with an order.
After payment: authorized user details
After you pay, a private link asks for the authorized user’s name, date of birth, Social Security number and address. The tradeline provider requires these to add the authorized user to the card. We do not ask for them anywhere else.
The Social Security number is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is stored. It is deleted when the order is submitted to the tradeline provider, or 30 days after an order is cancelled, refunded, expired or placed on hold for review, whichever applies.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We do not receive or hold your card number. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded and the amount.
Advertising pixel
The Meta (Facebook) pixel runs on our store pages. It reports page views and shopping events, and for a completed purchase we also send Meta your order value with your contact details in hashed form, plus your IP address and browser type, so ad results can be measured. The pixel does not run on the authorized user details page.
Who we share it with
- The tradeline provider and the cardholder, to add the authorized user and post the tradeline.
- GoHighLevel, the CRM used by Credit Caesars, which sends your order texts and emails.
- Stripe, to take payment.
- Meta, as described above.
We never sell your information.
